Padnoma hires individuals who are qualified or are trainable to become
qualified for employment by our standards of education, experience,
aptitude, and character. When a personal need arises, whether by outplacement
of a previous employee or the creation of a new position, the recruiting
of qualified candidates begins.
Job Coaches
Frontline staff who work directly with clients in getting and keeping
employment. The ultimate goal is to work themselves out of a job by
creating independence in the client they support.
Community Networker
Frontline staff who work directly with clients whose goal is not employment,
but rather to be involved in their community through volunteering and
services clubs.
Team Leader
Frontline staff who are responsible for the smooth running of the home
as well as upkeep of it, the health and social needs of the clients
and all required paperwork.
Primary Care
Staff support personnel who work as relief staff under the
direction of the J.C./C.N. staff when the regular staff is not available
or under
the T.L. on weekends in the residence.
